Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Drone Pilot to join our team. As a Drone Pilot, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our uncrewed aerial system (UAS) to capture aerial data and imagery for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute drone missions to meet client objectives, collect data with integrity, ensure clean and precise data.

Conduct pre-flight checks, calibrate equipment, and ensure all systems are functioning properly.

Safely pilot drones during takeoff, flight, and landing, maintaining visual line of sight and adhering to all applicable regulations.

Monitor weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and other potential hazards to ensure safe operations.

Maintain detailed flight logs and documentation to support regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with the broader project team to integrate drone-collected data into client deliverables.

Inspect possible leak locations and perform manual inspections.
Qualifications

FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or equivalent certification.

Two years of experience operating commercial drones in a professional setting preferred.

Strong understanding of drone technology, including sensors, cameras, and flight control systems.

Excellent piloting skills, with the ability to navigate drones in various weather conditions and environments.

Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Proficient in data management, including storage, backup, and processing.

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Ability to walk steep slopes and long distances.

Must be able to travel throughout the US; approx 75%

Valid Passport preferred.

Must be able to work in the United States (eVerify required).

Must be able to pass a drug test and physical.

A valid driver's license is required.
