Sniffer Robotics, Inc. is excited to welcome Heather Faust to our team to fill one of two Sales Director positions!
In her new position, Heather will oversee business development for the domestic Pacific Northwest and Central regions, while also handling international responsibilities for Canada, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.
As a sales leader with over 22 years of expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic sales across a range of industries. Currently serving as the Sales Director at Sniffer Robotics.
Heather’s career in the waste management industry spans nearly 15 years, beginning in 2003 at Waste Management where she served as a Outside Sales Manager. In this role, she contributed significantly to revenue growth, customer retention, and contract negotiations. Heather’s success continued as she moved to BFI Canada and from there to Sierra Waste, where she worked as a Senior Sales Consultant from 2015 to 2021. She built and maintained strong relationships with over 200 clients across the Arizona and national markets, driving market expansion and enhancing customer satisfaction. In addition to having experience in the waste industry, she also is knowledgeable in the Environmental Health and Safety space.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) with a focus on Marketing from the University of Phoenix, equipping her with a solid foundation in strategic sales and marketing.
